With the aim of keeping a reduced membership fee, in the cases where a member receives an economical compensation by using our legal services, this service will apply a small 5% fee to that amount, or if these economical compensations are recurring, this fee will be applied annually.

In the case where the opposing party has to pay the legal costs, the member will also collaborate in the collection of the payment. This amount doesn’t include other professional services or costs associated to the main cause.

On the other hand, the member will also be able to use the Union’s legal services for their personal/private uses that have nothing to do with their job. These private jobs will have a 30% discount over the official fees set by the Law Society.
